Reference-rate notice: The World Bank indicator PA.NUS.FCRF is an annual-average official exchange rate against the US dollar, not a live transaction rate. For this prototype, the cross-currency reference is derived from the latest available World Bank observations and then reduced by 5%: World Bank cross-rate × 0.95. Final customer rates, fees and settlement amounts must be confirmed by the authorised payment provider before a transaction is accepted.
